Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Shipment
Ensure the rubber mulch is in its original, unopened packaging and securely fastened to the pallet to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule Pickup
Once your return is approved, we will help you coordinate a freight carrier pickup or provide the necessary shipping address for your return.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
